New Clients

For efficiency and accuracy of booking, new clients are only bookable via email. Please note: at the moment we can only accommodate children 12 and older. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to meeting you!
Existing Clients
You may contact us via phone, email, or book online below. Online booking currently requires a 100% deposit. Online booking works best on desktop - please contact reception with any problems while booking. Please note: our online booking does not store credit card information so our reception team will reach out for it separately.
Before you book, please note:
Our waiting area is limited to 2 people at a time and we require clients to come to their appointment, masks are optional and we have disposable masks available for use. Please visit our FAQs for more information on our updated Covid policies.
Our stylists can be booked between 3 and 16 weeks out. Weekends can book 4-5 weeks out for shorter services like haircuts. Please review our Services and Stylist info to know how far in advance to book!
Waitlist: Can't wait that long? We have a cancellation list which clients can get on if they call or email with the following information:
1. preferred stylist
2. general availability
3. best number to call AND best contact email
We can not guarantee that you will get an appointment if you are on the waitlist, so we recommend booking an appointment in addition to being on the waitlist.
